well it depends on the reason they were int he psych ward in the first place...i mean absolutely if they are there they need to be treated and its a psychological aspect which may take up to years and years ...chances are that they will most likely have psychological problems all their life if the case is severe however if its something minor and controlable...i believe that they can lead as normal life as any other person....

thats one of the major problems that our society is facing because since the state psych wards were closed off due to budget problems now we are faced with "crazy" people on the streets who do not recieve the proper treatement and this is a live example of how and why they always will be crazy...they get into crimes and then end up in prisions with criminals and not get proper treatment and back into real world being "crazy" ....

however before i go off into other things...back into ur questions...i think they most likely will need to have some sort of treatment if they were in the psch ward...it must have been severe in the first place if they were there.....so they may still have to get proper treatment but i dont think they will be crazyy! cuz u need some SERIOUS SERIOUS evaulation from many doctors to get out of a pscyh ward

No. The majority of them go for treatment and are released, unless they present a danger to themselves or others.
Have you ever heard of anyone having a nervous breakdown ?
They are admitted to a "psych ward " also, but are eventually released for reasons I said above.
The word " crazy " is SO misused ! If there is an imbalance that for some reason can not be " fixed ", they will remain institutionalized.

Unfortunately society places such stigma on these things. The truth is there are some very sane people in psych wards who can not deal with the crazy people in their lives who think they are the sane ones but are actually very abusive.

Psych wards are in HOSPITALS.(remember that word hospitals). They are ILL. They go there for treatment to get well again. Having been their myself, I don't like the stigma attached to the word "crazy". Have you been there yourself? If so, you were ill & was doing something to get better. If not, stop putting sh*t on the rest of us & get a life!

sometimes. but not necessarily. lots of times people who have traumatic things happen to them go temporarily crazy, but come back to normal weeks, months, and sometimes years from the incident. they will always be somewhat scarred from the event, but usualy people can get over things. No they will not always be crazy .. a few might :) but not everyone. you can always recover to be at least fairly normal :)

No such thing as crazy. It's just a behavior that some do because it makes them comfortable at the time.
