I hesitate to call it a disorder. But I can't stop eating! Is it an addiction, perhaps? I hate being fat, but I LOVE to eat. A colleague says she lost about 20 pounds recently, but goes hungry all the time! I can't do that! How can I just eat enough to lose weight and then change my eating habits to stay healthy?
I've done Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, Weight Watchers. Would Nutrisystem be any better? Do appetite suppressants work?
