The answer is within yourself. You must determine the cause of the frustrations or tensions and plan a reasonable way to reduce or remove them from your life. Everyone has problems but some can handle it better than others. You can't turn off so you have to deal with the problem....how to solve it. Some financial problems or family problems are overwhelming but there is always another way. An Indian once told me a proverb "When one door closes, another door opens." Look for the other door.

Try and read a book,or just sit somewhere out of the way.I love to sit and listen to thunderstorms.And think of nothing about what is going on in your life,just your surroundings at the time.You have to let things go when your not involved with them.Or,remove yourself if you can from the tension enviroment.Just don't turn to drinking(lol)

feeling better is a two part answer. One is to lower your stress levels. This might be getting a new job, quit dating a loser, stop spending more than your making. The 2nd is to build your immunity to stress. Exercise, eating right, meditation, prayer, hobbies, and the like build up your ability to cope with stressors.
