Increase your physical activities by doing things the "hard way".

Walk to a personas office rather than a phone call.
Take the stairs, not the elevator.
Take regular strecth breaks at your desk.
Park at the far end of the office parking area.
Offer to carry coworkers materials.

Doing this everyday will burn extra calories. Get creative.
