I've been on a 2000 cal. per day diet for about 4 weeks now. Along with weight loss, I've noticed a big difference in my sex drive. Like, I don't have one anymore. Does anyone know if this is common?
Personally, I think it's wonderful. It's kinda nice not to have sex on the brain 24hrs a day. Just don't know if it's due to the diet or to something else.
Thanks

It could lower your energy level and cause you to not want sex anymore.
