Multivitamins are meant to grant you with food which you like! So it could make your hair look shinier (in a sturdy way) or perhaps your face will look greater 'brighter' or clearer even though it won't exchange your physique shape or make you look any further or much less slimmer than you're actually! i'm a 14 365 days old too, and that i take Quest multivitamins :) The chewable ones via fact i'm no longer able to swallow haha :P yet considering which you're 14, you could take maximum person multivitamins (different than like one's for fifty+ years and actually sturdy ones- do no longer concern, I asked). until eventually you're taking a multivitamin specially for weight earnings, you will no longer earnings weight!! :) desire I helped!! :)
