As I mentioned in a previous question, I have started running four miles a day, four days a week. I am also watching what I eat with a food diary, taking vitamins, drinking about 2 litres of water, and just am working my abs three days a week.

I heard that it is possible, since I am not doing any strength training at the moment (only running and ab work), to get saggy muscles. Is this true? And what does that mean?

I've heard that taking too much vitamin K orally can put your health at risk. I can understand thats why each multivitamin tablet only has 25% vitamin K, but the fresh spinach leaves that come in a bag (in the produce isle of the grocery store) have like 500% vitamin K (it says so on the nutrition label only on some packages) and well I eat them frequently. This might sound dumb, but would it be safe to eat the whole bag. lol. I've always just wondered that.

I sometimes forget if I took mine...so opt to take one (may be the first, may be the second?). I do know you have to be careful, particularly with fat soluable vitamins, but I don't do this frequently (maybe once every week or two).

My boyfriend was raped in March. He just had an HIV test in June, which would be the three months window period and it came back negative, so we have had sexual contact. Now, I understand that he has to get tested at six months and one year! Should I have waited the entire one year window period before having sex again with my boyfriend? Please...I am so scared that I have HIV and don't know it. Please help me figure out what the risks of the three month window period are and what I should do.

I've lost a lot of weight, changed my diet to a healthy one, and exercise regularly, but my blood pressure is still high, sometimes higher than before I did these things, with headaches.
What else could cause it? I'm now about 16 lbs more than I should be, not massively overweight.

I have heard drinking cranberry juice can help get rid of bladder infections, so that is what i told my sister. (she hates the dr.) Is there anything else (besides medicine) that she can use or take?

My sister is 27 years old...she has put on about 40 lbs over the last three years or so....and now she has this "hump" on her upper back close to her neck. She says it's called a "buffalo hump" and that it's basically a pad of fat. What we don't know is how to get rid of it. She doesn't have any disease; she thinks this is totally from the weight gain. With that in mind...can she lose it if she loses the 40lbs...or will she have to get it liposuctioned out?

weird I know...but true!! thanks!

I'm not talking about gay people, althought I don't really know why they do it either. But the normal Lispers, is there something wrong with their tounges, why not just pronounce the S?

Any tips on finding a decent dentist. My one has decided to go on a career break. Is there a general number anyone knows of, like an NHS phone line or something. Appreciate any advice.
