Cardio like running or biking helps obviously. But the thing I try to remember is that it's not just a "beer" belly. I like to drink a lot of beer on the weekends and usually 1 or 2 nights during the week also, but when I'm not damaging my body that way I take care of it in other ways. Have a balanced healthy diet, and stay away from the Soda and processed foods, those contribute to the "beer" belly more than the few nights of binge drinking do.

Stop drinkking beer, eat healthy and exercise, before it's too late. Surgery? Good idea but surgeons dont operate on beer bellies

u dont have to go to the gym to do crunches. i drink lots of beer too, but i have my 6 packs too (not packs of beer, fyi)
