No, but when my sister and I were little we did something similar. We would squat down and breathe really quickly for a minute or two and then stand up and have someone press on our chest until we passed out. It was cool to us then. When you're a kid, you think you are invincible and only care about what feels cool. We quit when we got a little older (early teens) because we figured out it wasn't a good idea. My sister and I talk about how stupid we were back then when we hear stories of these kids. We were lucky we didn't kill each other.

Are we talking about "the choking game" which is played with friends for a sort of high or auto-erotic asphyxiation, which is played alone while masturbating for heightened sexual pleasure? I'm almost forty years old and we were playing "the choking game" when I was a kid (junior high.) We didn't realize how dangerous it was back then. Kids today either don't know or they think it's not going to happen to them.
Talk to your kids and, as terrible as this will sound, use that child who passed as an example of what can happen. Maybe they'll get it.

ahh was confused for a while we call it something different here. and its bad, very bad I don't know why kids play it parents should teach their children not to do this.
