ok im 13 and i waigh like 115 and im 5ft5in im i over waight if so how do i lose waight

If your 13 I would not be worring about your weight. But you could look on a BMI (body mass index) to see where you should be along with your age and height. I don't reccomend going on a diet. If I were you I would focus on eating healthier and getting some excersize.

If you are 5'5 and weigh 115, you are not overweight. Don't let people tell you this, they may just be jealous that you are at a healthy weight, and maybe they are not.

that is SOOO not over wieght!!!

trust me all my freinds wiegh about 115 or 120 and are about 5' 5" or 6"

(i wiegh less but im a lot shorter.....only 5' 2")

you are not overweight for your height and body weight. you should keep your focus on being active and eating healthy foods. you are still young and if you build healthy habits you probably won't have to worry much about weight in the future.

I'm also like r age and weight. I am going to be reading other peoples answers, but my friend were like bff and uh do crunches every night and she lost SIX inches like FAST! so I tryed it it works!

I don't believe you are overweight. You sound just about perfect. You might consider asking your own physician.

you are not over weight...you are growing so don't worry about losing weight just excercise and you will be fine.
