ok im 13 and i waigh like 115 and im 5ft5in im i over waight if so how do i lose waight?

sounds to me like your about 5lbs UNDER weight!

You're not overweight but develop a diet to maintain your weight as you get older and exercise regularly. If you have a bike, cycling is an excellent form of exercise and is fun.

You are NOT overweight. You're brainwashed by society into thinking skinny, skinny girls are beautiful. They are NOT. You want to be healthy and strong, not skinny and weak. You're still growing, so I wouldn't do anything right now except eat the right portions and exercise moderately. If you're really as tall as you said, it sounds like you're underweight to me.

Your BMI is 19.2 kg/m2, which is healthy for someone your age (18.5 to 25 is considered healthy). I don't think you need to worry about being overweight - just focus on eating healthily and getting enough exercise.

You are at a normal weight for your age. You can type in bmi calculator into yahoo search and find your body mass index, this will tell you how much you should weight at your age/height
