yeah, i got a bad burn last sunday (todays friday) from screwing around with a friend, well long story short it was from a lighter that was lit for like 1-2 minutes, right on top of my hand, and it not really healing well. i looked on "webmd" and it sounds like a 2nd degree burn...yeah i know, im kinda stupid. but i dont want this to scar up too bad... so my question is; does anybody know anything i can do, besides going to the doctor, to help this heal quicker, and with out leaving to much of a scar?

I'm the type of guy who needs to exercise every day because if I take a day off, it's twice as hard to make myself work out the next day (and four times as hard the day after that). But on those days when I've had a rough time at work, or got home after dark, or when my back's stiff from a high school weightlifing injury, I have to give myself a major pep talk. I'm sure you have days like that as well, when it feels like it would take a cattle prod to get you on the treadmill- so what do you say to yourself?

I got my shot about 3 weeks ago and I just want your advice about using it as birth control. Is there any long-term users and what is your opinion? I now you can't take it longer than 2 years i think but I just wanted to know your complaints, ect. so I can make a decision to stay on it the next time I go in for the shot. There is just a lot of side effects with most...just need the right choice to take. thanks!

I have burning in my fingers. I have stiffness and nothing is taking the pain away. What can I do for the burning and numbness in my fingers? Is this normal? My doctor won't tell me anything. I don't have an appoinment until September so I'm on my own until then. I'm having extreme pain and need a solution if anybody else experience this kind of pain?
