33yo m, caucasian, 199 lbs, 6ft tall, sedentary job. I lost a lot of weight lately exercizing and keeping a healthy diet. I go to the gym 3 times a week, do 30-40 min elliptical and on the weekend I always have a major workout like Kayaking 2 hours or gym for 2 hours. Even though I lost 35 lbs in a year, I still cant lose these t i t s and belly. Whats thebest way to lose them quickly? Its driving me crazy.
