Chewing gum helps the most and if that doesn't help the try holding your nose and blowing out it should pop your ears so they are back to normal

Actually its with the "S". But anyhow, I always chew gum or even just open and close my mouth. It doesn't take all the pain away but it works most of the time.

Yawn.. it relieves the pressure inside the ears that pushes the ear drum outward and causes pain..
