Why don't you go to the library and get some books, try writing a book on you feelings, get some psychology books redo your apartment or home, revamp the way you live and you. Change your cloths, hair style, colour, rearrange your furniture. The feeling of becoming a widow or widower seems to get easier with time. But I found that changing my environment did help. I go to places that I feel good, at even if it is a walk in the park. Buy your self a satellite dish, it is cheaper than getting movies and you have more choices. Good luck.

Ok i am a movie junkie myself. since you have a computer maybe you should try netflix . you can get up to 3 4 movies at a time unlimated rentals for a flat fee and it's all done by mail.

this is what i do and i watch a difrent movie evrynight of the week and it only cost me 17.99 a month you sighn up for a 14 day free trial and check it out. i do the 3 at a time unlimated and when i fisrt got my 3 movies lets say monday i watch one monday then put that one in the mail tuesday i still got 2 more they get it wensday and i get another thursday . so my tuesday movie goes in wneday and my wensday movie goes in thursday and then thursday i have a movie waiting in my mail box if you do it like this you get to watch a movie evry night for the hole month . now netflix has it where you can rent upto 8 movies at a time for the real movoe buffs but that like 50 dollars a month unlimated . so it's up to you .

I'm sorry for your loss; you are a widower by the way.

Books are cheaper and much more engrossing than movies. If you go to a garage sale, you can find books for .25 cents.
