33yo m, caucasian, 199 lbs, 6ft tall, sedentary job. I lost a lot of weight lately exercizing and keeping a healthy diet. I go to the gym 3 times a week, do 30-40 min elliptical and on the weekend I always have a major workout like Kayaking 2 hours or gym for 2 hours. Even though I lost 35 lbs in a year, I still cant lose these t i t s and belly. Whats thebest way to lose them quickly? Its driving me crazy.

Talk to a doctor, but a quick weight loss may take a while for the skin to readapt.

As for the belly, learn to add crunches to your regimine. This will not only work the belly muscles, but the crunching action forces the stored fat out and back into the blood stream where it can be disposed of.

the fast way is lyposucktioin the healthy way is to continue working and eventually they will dissapear
