Absolutely. As soon as your voice starts changing, that's the onset of male puberty. By the age of 14, you'll start with heavier facial hair, pubic hair, and the rest of our body hair will begin to get a little thicker. Other bodily changes start either before or after this point.

I was 12 when i started. Just make sure you excersise alot because alot of guys put on weight during puberty. I put on 20 pounds.

It's not a matter of can one go through puberty it's a matter of you're going like it or not.
