Try using the BMI to guage where your weight should be.

Take your weight, 104
Divide it by your height squared, 61.5 x 61.5 = 3782.25
104 / 3782.25 = .00274968
Multiply that by 703
703 x .00274968 = 19.33

Here are the BMI thresholds:

Starvation: less than 15 (<15)
Anorexic: less than 17.5 (<17.5)
Underweight: less than 18.5 (<18.5)
Ideal: greater than or equal to 18.5 but less than 25 (≥18.5 but <25)
Overweight: greater than or equal to 25 but less than 30 (≥25 but <30)
Obese: greater than or equal to 30 but less than 40 (≥30 but <40)
Morbidly Obese: greater than or equal to 40 (≥40)

To put you right in the middle of the ideal weight you could be 118 pounds with a BM! of 22. (18.5-22-25 thresholds) So it appears you are a very "light" ideal weight. Depending on your bone structure, you could be borderline underweight. You could gain 14 pounds and have some curves, girl!

Here is a BMI Table to check out: http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/obesity/bmi_tbl.pdf

You could go all the way up to 129 pounds and still be in your ideal weight range.

Percentage body fat is a good indicator. Skin fold calipers work well. The local fitness gym will test you and there are published charts on what percentage body fat is healthy or not.
