Not exactly sure but i find if i keep my nails trimmed and moist with lotion then i dont have the problem

Hangnails are generally caused by "rounding" you fingernails when clipping them. Try to cut them straight accross and that should help you. Also, don't chew your nails.

Dry skin around the nails. Use lotion after you wash your hands or before you go to bed. You can trim them off, too.

Manicures also help. ;-)

Keep your nails trimmed, and get some cuticle oil and keep it with you and put it on your cuticles every few hours. Nothing works better than that!

keep ur nails trimmed n filed regularly....or get a manicure...thats always ez

i have no idea but you could clip them off with a clippers
