Having period for more than two weeks is abnormal. It shows some hidden problems behind it as normal period is about 5 to 7 days. It may be a blood coagulation problem or genital problem. The best resolution is to visit a doctor.

call the doctor. I had my period for 3 weeks once, but it was because I keep getting on and off birth control.

Birth Control Pills will regulate you if you have abnormal periods. Go see a gynaecologist for an exam and prescription.

Go to your doctor and he will probably give you tests. Then also he may put you on birth control because it helps with that something like slows down the blood flow not exactly sure.

I've actually had that happen to me. If you forget to take your birth control pills then it can cause spot bleeding. You should see your Gyn. they will prescribe something to stop the bleeding and will ask you if you are on birth control have you missed any days.
