"wat whole does ur period come out of" how do i answer that?

If you know the answer, then tell her. If she is really young (but she obviously is old enough to have some idea of what a period is), just tell her in words that are the correct names. (not "cookie", or "wew-wee" , or whatever other words people use.)

First ask her mother to make sure that it is OK for you to tell her. If she said yes tell her the truth. she will reach the age when she will get her period and every girl has the right to know about there body.

Well how old is she?.. if she is young.. tell her dont worry she has plenty of time to find out.. or quick easy answer.. there is three holes.. the middle one is the one in question..
