Well, the sun will always come up in the morning. And, if it is cloudy the next day, eventually the sun will come up. That is kind of the way life is. Up and down. But, if we take the small things in our life and really treasure them, then we can find joy and hopefully a sense of peace in our day, as we sometimes have to muddle thru to get to the end.
If you are a Mon - Fri 9 to 5'er, then "TGIF!"
And, sometimes, the things that we are thinking cause us to be unsettled. If we look at the facts, logic, nothing but the facts, and take emotion away just for a minute, normally the way we may be thinking badly about ourselves or another, or about the day we are having may not be as we were thinking they are.

I have been going out with a guy that I went out with over 20 years ago, my birthday was yesterday and he gave me a beautiful diamond ring and a card that made me cry, I have had a **** life up till now but I always kept my faith in human nature.
