my brother has west nile 4 years ago and suvived it. ever since then he has slowly lost the control of his hands. he can longer fix a flat tire for his bike and i wondering if there is anything that i can do for him?

He needs to go and see a doctor and have a west nile virus test drawn. It will check to see how active the disease is. He may be survivng, but it may be regaining a foothold and causing more damage.

Get a referral to a psyiatrist. By proper exercises he may be able to help.

Yes. the virus did NOT cause that problem for him. He needs to see a neurologist ASAP.
