VD is any of a number of sexually transmitted diseases, STDs, Venereal Disease. The varied diseases amount to a few that can be cured with immediate medical help and to others that can cause permanent injury or death.
I don't know where you are or what services are available to you.
But there are several sites on the Web that can help you. One would be Yahoo Health, another Web M>D.
If you have any reason to think you might have a venereal disease, burning, itching or pain in your genitals or anal distress, please contact a health clinic as soon as you can.

VD stands for Venereal Disease and stands for sexually transmitted disease and in the old days usually meant GC (gonorrhea an infection with the bacteria neiserria gonorrheae) or syphilis. There are a lot more recognized STDs now.
