sweating is good. You don't have to worry about vitamins and minerals so much because the only thing you're really reducing is the electrolytes in your blood (the stuff that carries electrical current like in a battery.) Which is mostly salt and potassium. So you can drink a sports drink, eat a banana, or not worry much, because if you are like most Americans, you may eat way to much salt anyway, so you've got plenty to spare.

It's not bad to sweat a lot. 1 in 4 people sweats more than others. You don't need to replace minerals, as you get more than enough in your diet. It's good that you drink lots of water. Very healthy!

The only thing you need to do is remember to keep your hygiene good, so shower after exercise, and shower at least once a day, more often in hot weather.

You might need to replace minerals. Gatorade is pretty good for that. Or put a teaspoon of salt in a liter of water and drink that. If it tastes good, you know you need it. If it tastes crappy, plain water is probably okay.
