You can ease the pain with Advil (800 mg) if you're able to take that drug. The heat wraps that are used the help sore backs work wonderfully on cramps.

You might want to check with a doctor I had major cramps too and I ended up having endometriosis. Good luck!

I agree with Emily C if this is something that has just started go to the doctor, I ended up being diagnosed with uterine fibroids. I just use a couple of regular strength Advil's.

Check with your doctor sometimes women have other problems going on that causes the contractions in the uterus to be sever that some medications don't help at all.

Take a motrin 600 or Ibuprofin

I recommend Advil. Also if you take Advil a week before your period you can prevent the pain from even happening.

I love pamprin! Also put a heating pad on your belly.

hmm i think you should drink a lot of water beside if you wanna more effectiv you drink salt water.. it's really work.. but dunt drink everyday.. i'm gymnas i use to do this.. hmm one more make more streching b4 start excersice..
