According to your height of 5' 5" your ideal healthy weight is 136 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 119 and 149 pounds.

However....it also depends on your body type. Are you fit? Muscle weighs more than fat....

I am ten pounds heavier and six inches tall and one year older. you are at that point in your life where you better start exercising or your next question on here will be how do I stop being a larda$$... you aren't too bad yet but like I said, watch yourself

That's a hard loaded question to answer. By the height and weight charts you are over weight, but it depends on your fat mass as to if you are fat or not

No..that is not fat, you may have just a few extra pounds that need to go...fat would be if you weighed like 200 plus pounds, for your height, you are average.
