Ok so just awhile ago in school, I've had 2 panic attacks. The second was really horrible because my throat felt so numb i thought it was growing bigger. My panic attacks just started about 2 months ago..i know that there's nothing wrong..but deep down i always feel like i'm gonna die or get a seizure, or hyperventilate. I take xanax whenever i have it..but are there other ways to help me cope with the stress and panic attacks? I try not to keep thinking of negative thoughts but they always come up in my mind...any tips to relax?

I'm still a virgin and my boyfriend and i have been dating for two yrs now and he wants to take it to the next level. I'm not to sure if i'm ready yet. I know he isn't a virgin and he's been faithful for the past two yrs (well soh he claims and i have no reason to doubt him). Does anyone know where my girlfriend can get one of these surgeries done for free? Even if it's like Med students overseen by doctors? I live in Northeast Ohio so it would have to be somewhere close. She really wants it done but she doesn't have any kind of insurance and she is more than 100 pounds overweight. Serious answers only, please.
