Ok, ignoring the gangsta/rap crap for the moment because there is just plain way too much of it....
--If you work out and get yourself in good shape, neither too fat nor skinny and with some muscle, chances are you will NOT look weak or like a potential victim. This in turn will keep criminals off your back (as they look for weak-looking people) and also give much of society less of an excuse to treat you like crap. Seriously, this is a fairly color-blind issue, if you are out of shape, on a social level people will treat you unkindly.
--Working out to lose weight will generally give you more options in how to dress and dress sharply since more clothes will fit and you will be able, on average, to buy yourself nicer clothes than what your average fat or tall guy would with the same money.
--Up to a point, if you pick the right kinds of exercise (using the stairs, running, skipping rope, body-weight/calisthenics) and eat less, you will at least in the beginning have MORE money to spend on clothes and social functions, all other things being equal. Just be careful not to get sucked too deeply into the whole gym-rat thing, as that can add up the bills.
--Finally....whether this counts as a "health" benefit or not is up to you, but yes, exercise can improve your mood and make you more pleasant to be around. Others have mentioned the endorphins, so I will just add: It's also the sense of accomplishment too, being able to look folks in the eye and say "Yes, I am doing this, I am doing this for myself and have the will and self-control to get the job done..."
It is a long-term boost to your sense of worth to actually *take charge* of your body and also your life in a very real and obvious way.
Hope this helps, and yeah, you might want to look more into ways to "do you" and be more like yourself than to be like Mr. Fifty Cent....really, you do know that even *he himself* doesn't glorify the gangsta lifestyle once he is out from behind the microphone, right? He has said as much on MTV in interviews time and again....he considers himself working-class, not gangsta these days, that he got *out* of that.
But yeah.....screw him. Get your own. Be you. Do YOU. Because nothing else will look as good on you as *confidence in yourself*.

Why would you do it for anything but health reasons...
When I see a guy who's in shape, I like that he takes care of himself, that he cares enough about himself to eat right and everything. I don't care that he's got huge muscles and sex appeal and whatever. Seeing someone who respects themselves enough to care about their health is incredibly attractive.

Being in shape is one reason why women like men so much, the other two reasons are good attitude and of course looks. Everybody is looking for looks, shape and attitude.

I dont know what you are saying but be yourself and ignore acting like a rap singer. Men are sexier when they don't wear diamond studs and act all rap like.Be a gentelman,be kind to real women (not rap tramps) and smile you gorgous hunk of a man...

if you are in good shape you will feel better about yourself and become more confident. You will attract more women, when you workout you release endorphins which are chemicals that will make you " feel good", and some tests show that exercise increase potency.
