Just tell yourself and all your friends that the computer is just a machine that can break at any time. If it does then what would you do if you didn't have the $$ to fix it or repare it. You would either watch discovery channel or call up your friends to chat or even read a book! So try those things sometime and ground yourself from the computer. I know I have to do the same thing every now and then.

It could be addiciting to some people. If my eyes are tired, I turn off the computer. I can't spend more than 3 hours a day in the computer.
