Throw out your deodorant and buy a different brand. Something hypo allergenic or made for sensitive skin. If you shave, always shave at night, skin won't get as irritated and use a good, new razor. Could also be heat rash or do you wear tight shirts that rub?

I agree with what was previously said....
to help it heal...ditch the deordorant for a few days (deordorants will irritate it further and cut off air-flow to the affected area) and put a light coating of cornstarch on it. It will allow air to the skin and still soak up some wetness without irritation and keep it from chaffing and help stickiness in the heat. Just until it heals.
Also, wear light colored cotton (or other natural fibers that breathe such as silk or linen) in the meantime to speed healing.

A friend of mine developed an underarm rash and after changing her deodorant it cleared up. She started using deodorant made by Shaklee.

You might have developed an allergy to deodorant or cologne or perfume, it happened to me in that area, some stuff stings and gives me rashes there now.

They're most likely razor bumps from shaving. Your razor blade might be old and dull, or perhaps your shaving cream is bothering you. Either way, it's not serious. Try buying a new razor.

You probably have an allergic reaction to deoderant 'spray'. Many people have that.
