Stay away from white foods i.e. sugar, flour, bread, rice, potatoes. Eat meat and vegetables only. Eat desert no more than once weekly. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. If you do this and take a vitamin twice daily with lunch and dinner and walk 5 miles per day, in six months you will not recognize yourself. You will be beautiful and perfect. You can do it. Go for it.

There are know tips or tricks to weight loss. It isn't some kind of game you can cheat on, and if you try you will lose. You know how to lose weight eat less and exercise. If you need help on how to eat less or what to eat talk to your health teacher or see a nutritionist because there are no one size fits all to eating everyone is different. If you need help with exercise ask a friend, a gym teacher, or get a personal trainer. If none of that helps then talk to a counselor because stress plays a big role, actually you may just want to do that first.

only eat 6 small meals a day.. nothing like a steak or something...
run a mile or two at least every other day if you have a dog walk it around a track about 100 times :) good luck. but i dont think you will need it

I have successfully been on a Protein only diet and lost 3lb a day and also drink a lot of water.

It really does work. I have eaten just meat, fish, cheese or cottage cheese.

i would find a track and walk it twice a day.. thats what i did. and i also cut back on fatty foods and junk foods. and i drank alot of water and diet sprite i lost 50 in less than 4 months. i also ate only baked foods.
