Sure it is, just don't stress yourseof out. Make sure to drink plenty of water, and eat enough. You probably don't want to do it after you're 6 or 7 months along, it might get uncomfortable. Don't try doing it on rough terrain, as you don't want to risk falling. Working out while pregnant is actually good for you!

Yes it is as long as you don't over do it! Try to stay close to home and have plenty of water with you and a cell phone, too! Also don't go on bike trails that have dirt on them, you don't want to fall and hurt yourself or the baby! God Bless

I think maybe the first 2-3 months would be okay but after that a fall could hurt the baby and thats not a risk worth taking.

Anything that you are used to doing is fine when you are pregnant. As long as you are healthy and are used to exercise everything is alright. Just be extra careful about riding so you don't take any spills. I hope this helps.

no you can put pressure on the belly and pop ur water and have a miss ca rage ...my mom lost her 2ND baby by pushing a car ....don't try it ask a doctor

it depends on the road u use.better u avoid filthy roads having bumps

I wouldnt think it would be safe becuase if you fall off you could lose yuor baby.
