I had a dentist shave a bit off my crown the other day to adjust for stress on tooth. However, I'm finding that I have pain in the tooth. It has a root canal.

Could he have done something that affected the tooth? I find I need tylenol. he checked the bite closely.

Hi, recently I v had an odd combo of symptoms. I am a 22 year old male with no past medical issues. Recently i developed the following symptoms:

-started with anal itching a month ago (now pretty much gone).
-small red rash that has appeared twice on my chest
-left eyelid twitching (has stopped)
-tension headaches started a few weeks ago behind eyes/nose/temples. (constant sorta tightness feeling usually worst around dinner time and does not seem to be pressure sensitive as moving head/phsyical activity doesnt increase them)
-Recently the left side of my head feels likes its tingling around and slightly behing my temple. (not painful but annoying)
-nose has been stuffed up for weeks

I have a doctors appointment for later in the week but was hoping someone could shed some light on the situation before then. Any help is appreciated.

I sleep 20 hrs/week M-F. I barely slept at all thursday night and felt so sick yesterday I vomitted at work and had to go home. I also fought off a stomach bug the week before. My roomate think it is the bug again. I don't know if there's a stomach bug going around (boston area) or if it was lack of sleep that caused me to be sick. I have lost about 12 pounds in a little over a day (214 to 202 - my normal weight is about 200), but strangely enough I feel OK. I didn't eat yesterday and really don't feel like eating still. Does this seem more like a bug to you?

My sis was experiencing what she felt were possible signs of a stroke, double vision, sharp pains in head, headache, fatigue, & numbness in her face & right side of her arm. She went to doctor's right away, afterwards, doctor feels that she is too young to have a stroke at 30yrs old & that it may be an Optical migraine. My family has never heard of this & are researching it & trying to understand it. Is there anyone that can tell us what types of treatment that has worked for this type of migraine because I think my sister is still experiencing these symptoms. Also, my family are still worried and would like for her to get a second opinion because my aunt had a stoke a year ago so we all want to be safe. The doctor didn't even take any blood. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

I have a girlfriend that snores - she tells me it makes her husband miserable, he can barely sleep etc. She's overweight, but besides losing weight (duh!), what else works? Also, she's used those "Breatheright" snore strips but they don't really seem to work... No, she hasn't had a sleep study; based on her doctor etc she didn't really need it.

My boyfriend has an annoying breathing problem. Sometimes he takes a few or more quick, sharp, small and noisy breathes in one after the other before breathing out, and sometimes his breathing is normal. He says he can't help it, and often doesn't realise he is doing it.
