I mean,, vampires are always biting random people to suck their blood. What if one of their victims had AIDS or HIV? I know this is stupid lol but I thought of it last week :)

NO your normal vampires are already dead and with them the virus dies also.
And if you are wondering if the people the vampire bites get aids the answer to that question is no because ones bitten they die and become vampires them self's.

Only if they had cuts in their mouth so the HIV would get into their bloodstream. Their stomach acid would kill off the HIV virus. Since they're sucking blood for nutrition, it wouldn't make sense to put condoms on their fangs, hey?

I don't think they'll get AIDS. They are immortal, for God's sake. They are already dead, walking ones. They die only by throwing holy water on them, driving an wooden stake into their hearts, shooting them with silver bullets, burning them or cutting their heads off.

omg i thought of that b 4...i was like they jus suck n e bodys blood what if they get aids...then i realized vampires are already dead....so it doesnt matter
