Yes. Begin to share what you feel little by little. If you've been eating them, what comes out is not about the present matter at hand. Pick your battles and understand you cannot carry your burdens. You must get them out and put them down. Start talking. Just try to be balanced and give yourself the voice. Confidence will follow. I used to be that way, but once you hit a certain age, you just naturally let stuff out. It feels SO much better. People's reactions are never as bad as you think if you proceed with wisdom. Stop trying to be a people pleaser and be true to your heart.

Sleek has the right answer - you can't eat your way out of pain/disappointments/envy/regrets/etc. You need to eat a healthy diet and stay within your body needs!@

well, i am not sure, because i am the opposite...i starve my feelings away...but either way, it still adds more chaos in life...dont ya think? well im me any time!
