You may just be prone to gaining weight on your stomach area. Just follow a sensible diet, do cardio 4 times a week (make sure you break a sweat, but you should be able to carry on a short conversation without too much effort), and do strength training. There's no point doing crazy amounts of ab work until the fat is off.
Remember, you can't spot reduce. There is going to be nothing you can do to remove fat from that specific area. Go for overall health, and it'll come off in its own good time.

You need to exercise 10 minutes a day your tummy mussels:
lay on your back, feet on the floor with knees bent and legs slightly apart. Hands under your head with elbows wide. As you are breathing out bring your head towards the knees till you are strait, then, as breathing in go to the initial position, all slowly. Every day, not 20 one day and none the day after.
Food wise I have heard that legumes are no good because they bloat you.

Hi buddy
I lost 35 lbs in 2 months. This is my formulae.
1) Control eating habits.
Take low fat diets such as using skim milk, salads, fish (such as salmon), and stay away from eating red meat and junk food such as pastries (specially pizza and doughnuts). Also stay away from sugar.
Eat five vegetables and five fruits per day. Use margarine such a Becel, and stay away from cheese. Eat lots of nuts which gives your Omega-3 fats (such as walnuts) and stay away from pistachio, macadamia and cashew. Use soya proteins and soya milk where ever possible.
Don't eat meat...specially pork and beef. Try substituting them with vegetable products like veggieburgers etc.
2) Exercises:
Start exercising regularly. I walked on the tread-mill for 30 minutes daily and did normal stretching exercises and cycled for another 30 minutes. You can do some light lifting (weights) if you are comfortable.
Results: Reduced my waist size by 3inches, weight by 35lbs in 2 months.

Spare tires deflate over the years. possibly it wasn't a theft attempt. i presumed the tire launch is for the period of the open hatch jam; shop your automobile locked! Why would a thief deflate it besides? How did you take place to word that your spare became into flat interior the 1st place? i think of your pulling our leg.
