Is there anyway you can do to not ever have diarrhea?

No. You can pick up a virus that would give your diarrhea. You could eat something that could give you food poisoning...which would give you diarrhea. Not possible.

Well, not really. Diarrhea is caused by your body. You could minimize the chance by ALWAYS eating the same food, but that would be pretty boring. It, still, would not guarantee that you would never get diarrhea. You could get a virus that, even though it doesn't make you sick, could cause you to have diarrhea. If you have chronic diarrhea(several times a week) you very likely have some disease. It could be IBS, Chron's, etc. All these are simply conditions which indicate that you bowel(large intestine) is iritated. It is a serious condition which requires treatment. While not life threatening, it can sure make your life pretty miserable.
Another cause, which is temporary-usually, is caused by stress. If you're going through an especially hard time now, school, family, love, work etc. It's, sometimes, really hard to tell what might push just the right buttons to cause diarrhea. If it just started recently then it MIGHT be just stress, but if it's been going on for a while then,even if it started as stress, it may be a condition which you can not overcome on your own. good luck
