friend who does not have any medical insurance, is always hitting me up for some,can I get into trouble for giving him some? We are both over 18 years old, so its not like I am supplying a minor with drugs...But my fear is that he might have a bad reaction to them and end up worse off then he is now...I have yet to share any pills with him; also if I do, it would be hard to explain to my Doctor why I ran out so fast.

this is probably pathetic..but i cant run a straight mile without having to walk to catch my breath...i havent run in almost 2 months. I would like to be able to run a mile and maybe even more without getting extrememly exhausted...i have a treadmil, so i need help on how to build up to a mile...for example, should i run a quarter mile for a week, then build up to half a mile for a week...or what? PLEASE HELP

My husband has a medication that needs to be kept between 55 degrees F and 77 degrees F -- finicky stuff!! The refrigerator is too cold, obviously, and the house is too hot, especially in the summer, when we both are out working and keep the AC set higher to save money.

So, any suggestions for answers? This will be a life-long issue for him, probably, and we are also campers, so need to address that problem as well!

I do an excersice so that I can not do another rep with good form at about 15 reps, I will do about 3 sets of this. At this point my muscles are really tired, and most people will stop (The standard 3 sets)....Instead of stopping I just pump out as many reps on each weight, gradually decreasing the weight, so that by the end my muscle is worthless and can hardly do a good form rep on some rediculously low weight. It hurts but I think it is the best way to lift. I came up with it myself, I did not read or hear this technique. Do other people do this? Your thoughts?
