Try stretching it out. extend your arm as if you are giving someone a signal to "stop" then take your left hand and pull back (towards your body) on your fingers without moving your wrist/elbow/shoulder. You should feel a pull on the lower muscle of your forearm. Repeat but rotate your elbow so the underside of your forearm is facing up. stretch it 3-5 times a day and it should begin to feel better in a couple of days!
