Lately i have been feeling light headed, tired, sleepy and i urine alot, do anyone no why i feel this way

You need to go to a doc & get a check-up.
It's difficult to diagnose your symptoms without proper testing.
Your symptoms could mean many different things.

You cannot receive an accurate diagnosis on here, and I don't recommend you try and figure it out yourself (unless you're a medical professional).
Go to your doctor and have a complete evaluation. Anyone on here who tries to diagnose you doesn't have a clue because they don't have all the facts.

Go to a doctor or a medi-clinic for a diagnosis. These are symptoms of many things. It could be anything from pregnancy to reactions from a medication.

Thats easy, you are either pregnant or drinking alot of liquids and stessed.

IT sounds to me like you may have a Urinary Tract Infection though it could be pregnancy.
