Health - 3 August 2006

I work in an office, do a bit of exercise, but I'm sure what I DO uses more calories than I consume. Breakfast usually comprises of a bowl of cereal, ie Crunchy nut cornflakes, and lunch is usually Fruit, 1x Apple, 1x Pear and a banana. And my dinner is NEVER fried food its always health health health food!!

How come My weight aint shifting??

Is swimming a GOOD exercise to help? I would have time to fit maybe an hour a morning in before work??

Tips please, HEEELLLLPPPP

how can i loose weight inspite of having a busy schedule?

eventhough i walk,jog climb stairs many times a day, i have reduced my diet, i have not been able to loose weight, the flab that has accumulated around my waist and hip region.

Have a really bad case of hiccoughs, no known remedy works,docs say liver bloating,very embarrassing in public

Spicy food, alcohol abstinence doesn't work. Hiccoughs occur suddenly, without warning. Have tried drinking plain water, taking sugar, plain rice to no effect. Please help.

when you sneeze?

When a person sneezes how many times is normal, when my two brothers and I sneeze, we sneeze about 6-8 times in a row, I count and wonder if it is normal,
It sometimes makes it difficult to breath, and sometimes makes me feel a bit dizzy if I don’t catch my breath right away
I can’t control it, but is that something that we might have inherited from our father? He sneezed a lot as well, does anyone out there over sneeze as well?
