Has nothing to do with the mind. Either is a blood-clot or damaged vein in the brain. Usually the cause is by high-blood pressure even a light stroke or a stroke would do it. You could get paralyzed on one side or facial expression changes or your one of your eyes are damaged shift on side of face and side of your lip. These are the side affects....even sudden death.

Maybe you mean brain stroke.
It can cause paralysis and even death. There are many cause of this, one of which is too much stress, too much alcohol, blah blah blah
