eventhough i walk,jog climb stairs many times a day, i have reduced my diet, i have not been able to loose weight, the flab that has accumulated around my waist and hip region.

Do you drink a lot of sodas? They are the biggest culprit when it comes to losing weight. If you're drinking those I would suggest you stop. I was once a soda junkie and once I gave that up I started dropping a pound a day. After about a week of that I got pretty motivated and started thinking about what else I could do...that's when my diet completely changed. I snack on stuff that's good for you. I still allow myself some treats once or twice a week and for dinner I eat what I always have..I'm just more aware of how much I put on my plate and how much I leave. Another huge thing that has helped me is to weigh myself first thing every morning...I've found it's next to impossible not to lose weight when you're keeping such a close eye on it. All it takes is a little persistence and determination....look at it this way...it's only fat and food...are you really gonna let it win? Good Luck to you in your efforts...I hope I've helped.

a couple of simple changes can make a world of difference. first of all, do NOT eat for 3 hours before bed, very important. second, eat at least something small when you first wake up. its important to break your fast and show your body that its not starving. that way your metabolism will work better. last, if you can, cut out sodas, juices, and cut back on milk. drink as much water as you can (not tap!) and put at least one drop of lemon juice in every glass or bottle of water you drink. it will keep you from retaining the water, and if you can tolerate more lemon, great. lemons are one of the healthiest foods for you and are high in nutritional content. just upping your water intake, but making sure you dont retain it by adding the lemon will help flush your system, make your skin and hair beautiful, and help shed weight.

If u wanna loose weight this is better that u will only drink water for 7 days & this time u never take any food. I m sure if u mantain this u will be loose weight.

Using the restroom. Even it is just for a few minutes, time is set aside to go ;-] Bq: I don't put anything to the side for work anymore. In fact, sometimes I put off work so much that there are weeks that I will only go into the office 2 or three times.

try jogging in the morning and include alot of water in your diet.however to lose weight does not happen in a few days,u need patience like say 3months or so...but keep the urge on.your body has to get used to the daily schedule before it can start burning fat. it means you are not fit so to acheive weight loss first get fit sister....thats how i lost mine now i put on size 12 from size 16.

Try not to eat fried stuffs, drink a lot of water, take low fats food. If you need to go on fusting, go for it. Have good sleeps as well. Avoid drinking beers coz it is very high cholesterol.

Cut out the greasy foods and sugar and eat smaller meals more often that you prepare yourself. 5-6 very small meals is good. I can be whatever, just make sure its small in size and doesn't have a ton of grease/sugar.
