Is getting so called "back-ne" normal? ( Acne on your back)

Go see your family doctor or a demotologist. They'll take care of all acne with meds and it will be gone or greatly diminished in no time.

If you have hair on your back, definitely. If not back-ne is normal.

Yes. When I shower I use a brush with a long handle to scrub my back to prevent them.

Yes its normal. Alot of times it is caused by not washing your sheets often enough.
