You're cold after eating because your blood circulation moves to your stomach and intestines to aid in the digestion of your meal. Thus your body spends more energy consuming your food, then keeping your body warm.

As your body starts to react and begin the digestion process your body begins to work harder and needs more blood around the internal organs that are put to work. This means there is less blood at the surface of your skin to protect you from feeling cold.
Or you are eating outside on a chilly day.
Hope this helps.
