I would like to know this because my grandfather is almost 80 years of age, he still works. But is always tired, and forgets, he recently has been very irritable towards his family. I don't know why the sudden personality change its almost as if he is a different person. he is very curt and sometimes blunt, he was before but his behavior has recently gotten worse. Its sad to see because sometimes I take it personally, but I have to learn not too, its very difficult to see grandparents age.

My husband was murdered almost 11 years ago, and I was a witness to it. I have gone to counselors, and talked until I'm green. I know it's not healthy for me to hold on, but I just can't seem to let go, I feel like it would be a betrayal to him or something, not to mention that I just still totally miss him. The only time in my life that I was ever completely happy was when he was alive and we were together. How do I let go? I also have so much hatred towards his killers, I know that is not healthy too, but again, I just can't seem to let it go. I know I am supposed to forgive, but how do you forgive something like that? When he was killed, I had a daughter that was 9 months old, and he was not her biological father, but he was her DAD, and I was 2 weeks pregnant with our daughter, his only child. He was not only taken from me, but from them as well, and I hate his killers for that, do you know how hard it is to try to comfort your child when she cries because she will never see DAD?

I have played guitar for years and apparently was slowly injuring my left (fretting hand) wrist. Two months ago I felt a sharp pain while bending a note. I quit playing immediatly but the wrist got more sore in the next few days. I got a referral for physical therapy and went twice a week for almost 2 months. I eventually got to see an othopedic hand specialist who said i have Flexor Tenosynovitis. Ive been on prescription anti-inflamitories (diclofenac sodium), cortisone treatment via phono phoresis, a liniment with capisin and an anti-inflmamitory, a wrist brace and lots of ice, but very little improvement. I still cant hold a glass of water left handed without pain. Playing the guitar is out of he question.
The orthopedic doctor said in last week's follow up visit that he thinks my ulner nerve is part of the equation, so now i am sleeping in a long-arm splint.
Does anyone have any advice? should i ask for MRI or anything else?

I usually laugh at most of them because the side effects are worse than the cure. If you feel bad, than why take a medicine that will give you worse problems? Weird?

m 26,female.
One month back I had my first ever sex with my fiance. But despite being virgin I dint feel any piercing pain, bleeding etc...though there was pain but i could bear it. And i dint even cry or moan in a way a woman is supposed to do having her first sex.Is this possible tht maybe i had stamina to tolerate the pain and I didnt cry out like other females.
I must tell u that I was always shy about the sex and all and have never done the masteurbation or other things.
But I do rigrous workouts which involves deep strectching, yoga. And two-three times during my workouts,i felt immense pain in my pubic area and also bled a little. Is that possible tht i broke my hymen during that time.

I have these all the time. Usually one or two at a time, but when they are gone, another pops up in another spot. Does anyone know what causes this?

Hi, I am someone who has suffered from anxiety and depression all his life. I have tried to get help and have been on many medications. While Paxil worked the best for me and worked wonders for me, it became way too expensive for me to buy anymore so I currently take nothing and again am suffering from high anxiety and some medium depression.
While I can deal with the depression part, I cannot accept this anxiety anymore. I been searching for something natural that can help me and found this amino acid L-Theanine getting awsome attention for its effect on anxiety. I tend to beleive since it is a amino acid there could be some truth to it.
Can anyone share there experience with me if they have taken this L-Theanine and tell me what changes they felt from it ??
Thank you!

I got bit by some mosquitos over a week ago, the result is red rings, nearly 4X's the size of the bite. is this normal? I lived in FL all my life and got bit with no reaction, I went to Myrtle Beach and this is what has happened! Size of a dime, kinda puffy, not oozing or anything, just looks really really bad. How long does it last?

Sometimes I have shortness of breath but my doctor told me it's related to anxiety. I will admit that when I get anxious I get very short of breath and tend to panic, and that when I'm not anxious about something I feel fine. However I do feel fatigued when I wake up and I feel fatigued after excersizing so I can't excersize for long amounts of time. Anything I can do?
