on't worry about having an uncircumsized penis. There is nothing abnormal about that. Actually the majority of the developed world is uncircumsized. I believe the US is one of the only places that does it. The only reason everyone is saying "circumsized" is because people tend to fear something that is different. If you went anywhere in europe with an circumsized penis they would think that is different b/c everyone is uncircumsized over there. The only reason they started circumsizing males was because in the old days people didn't take showers as often and it was cleaner that way. As long as you pull back the foreskin and wash it when you take a shower there is nothing to worry about. They don't even look that much different erect. I had never seen an uncircumsized penis before my boyfriend and its not that much different. I actually prefer uncircumsized and I've spoken with many other females who feel the same way. So don't let anyone tell you that you need to get circumsized it would do you more harm than good at your age.

Well, it's a lot more painful and the recovery period is a lot longer.

EDIT: Find a mohel. They're far better at that sort of thing than most doctors. Just call the nearest synagogue and ask for a mohel (pronounced: MOY-el). Talk to him for advice.

I'm a christian, but everyone in my family was circumcised by mohels. As a bonus, there's lots of blackberry wine around.

You can always get circumcised, you'll just be more aware of it at the age of 21 as opposed to a newborn baby.

No! but why in the world would you want to be circumcised?
That is natural way they come, why not cut your ears off so that you head is aerodynamic?

babies get circumcised at an early age because they wont feel anything and it heals faster and less likely to get infection and its opposite for older men

No it is not, but at this point, should only be considered for health purposes at this point in your life - many religions might require such - but Christianity would not require such and a religion that requires physical alteration of the body is not of God.

Your asking for trouble if you do it, There can be complications with any surgery (yes it is surgery).
What are you going to do if your insecurities about your foreskin causes you to lose or not be able to use your manhood?

I think you can be circomsied at any age...they do it when your young so it's not as painful and it reduces the risk of infection.
