Im trying to lose weight and some people said to do leg lifts and scissor kicks but i dont no how to do them so please people tell me how to do them.

right away from the pain behind my ear what i had, but What I want to know Is if there are others who have had this return before as well. I am also aware that the more times one has this return, the more chances of you being left with some form of permant scar

For those who do not know what Bells Palsy is,,,It is a condition where the nerves behind either your right or left ear become inflamed do to stress or a virus and it causes the nerves to stop working and you lose most , if not all muscle control on that one side of your face...It temporally parolizes(spelt wrong) them and right now I feel like a freak...An I am afraid that because I have had it so many times in my life that I am gonna stay this way....HELP!!

And yes. I have been seen by my doctor and being treated for it.

My bladder was clear, however the consultant said there is some bad news! there is a problem with you right Kidney, I have been passing alot of water which prompted me to go to the doctors a while ago, and I was referred to the hospital by my doctor, now I m really worried that it could be something serious, I am only 34, I have a partner, a 9 month old baby, will I live to see him grow up?
Have I got cancer, as I also forgot to mention I get tired alot now, there is no pain what so ever, please does anyone know what could be wrong, and will I live to be old???

My scalp gives off small, clear looking crystals. They could be compared to "Sugar in the raw" ( a larger type of sugar crystals), but they are clear. These make my scalp itch continuously. I went to my doctor, and he perscribed selenium sulfide (2.5%), but the only affect this had on me was to give me what looked like very thin flakes. What condition could I have? Any advice will be really appreciated...

I am 56 and I'm desperate. Overeating is making me sick and making my diabetes much worse. I have a good job and career which I will lose if I don't get help. It's a feeling I can't exactly describe. it's almost as if you are in a dream-state, being chased by something and you can't escape. You walk around and go back to bed. When you open your eyes, the world becomes microscopic and then large, and back to small. Is this situation familiar to anyone? Are these hallucinations? It's a fascinating experience, which randomly and seldomly occured (most of the times during fevers) in my childhood.

I went with my mom to the ER the other day because my baby sister had a 100.6 fever and for babies under 2 months, that can be dangerous. While we were there, the doctor mentioned that it doesnt matter how high or low a fever is, it doesnt tell you how sick the patient is. Is this correct? It seems like it could be right..but then again, if you were 120 degrees, you'd be dead. Someone please explain this madness to me.
