Im trying to lose weight and some people said to do leg lifts and scissor kicks and i dont no how to do them so please people tell me how to do them.

Leg lift
1. Lay on your back with your hands (palms down) under your butt and raise your legs to the start position of 6 inches off of the ground with your toes pointed straight as to make a straight line of your leg.
2. While keeping your legs straight (knees not bent) raise them to a 90 degree angle. Your body will look like the letter "L" (for alittle extra, when your legs are at a 90 degree angle, you can push towards the sky with your feet [and make your butt come off the ground])
3. Return to the start position (#1 above)

Hello Dolly/Leg Spreader
1. Same start position as Leg Lifts (#1 above)
2. With your legs 6 inches off the ground and while keeping your legs straight (knees not bent) and toes pointed, spread your legs until they are more than shoulder width apart then return back to the middle.

Leg lifts are where you lay on your back and, keeping your legs straight, raise them about 2 feet off the floor. Hold them there while you count to ten (not fast). Then put them down. then, do it again. do it until you cannot do them anymore.
scissors are where you do a leg lift and while you are holding your legs up, spread them apart like scissors and then together, then back out and then together. Do it until you cannot stand it anymore and put legs down.

lie on your back pick up both legs at once slowly lower them. Lay on your side pick up one leg at a time repeat other side. Lie on your tummy pick up one leg at a time repeat other side. Have fun with scissor kicks that is exactly as the name implies. Lean back pick up your legs and cross them in front of you uncross and repeat with left over right uncross repeat with right over left while in your leaned back position on the floor.
